Our company’s mixed hydrocarbon and light hydrocarbon equipment is specifically designed for this situation. The equipment is basically divided into four units: a gas purification unit, a refrigeration unit, a light hydrocarbon production unit, and a light hydrocarbon recovery unit. The specific process involves pressurizing and throttling the medium for pre-cooling, followed by refrigerant circulation cooling to a suitable temperature. Under a certain pressure, the C2 and lower components in the gas condense into liquid and are recovered. This process is currently the most mature heavy carbon component recovery technology. With the increasing international energy shortage, the value of heavy carbon component recovery is rising.
Technical features
1. The system utilizes the globally renowned process simulation software ASPEN for operational simulation calculations to obtain optimized operating parameters;
2. The system boasts low energy consumption and high efficiency. Reasonable cooling capacity, optimal liquefaction pressure, and temperature are calculated based on different components;
3. The system offers high safety and a more complete process flow. Currently, most systems do not perform ethane removal treatment on the cryogenic liquid phase, leading to increased pressure in the mixed hydrocarbon storage tank as the ambient temperature rises, posing a safety hazard;
4. The system employs an advanced automated control system, enabling unattended operation.
