A diaphragm compressor is a highly sealed, zero-pollution positive displacement compressor that compresses gas by changing the volume of the gas chamber through the reciprocating deformation of a metal or rubber diaphragm.
It does not rely on lubricating oil; the gas is physically isolated from the driving medium (such as hydraulic oil) throughout the entire process. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for pressurizing and transporting high-purity, toxic, flammable, valuable, or corrosive gases (such as hydrogen, helium, oxygen, chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, etc.).
1. Zero-leakage seal: Metal diaphragm + hydraulic drive achieves true “gas-liquid separation,” ensuring gas purity and operational safety
2. Ultra-high pressure ratio: Single-stage pressure ratio can reach 25, and multi-stage pressure ratio can exceed 100MPa (≈1000 bar), far exceeding piston/screw type;
3. Oil-free and pollution-free: Completely avoids lubricating oil mixing into the gas, meeting the stringent cleanliness requirements of electronics, pharmaceuticals, nuclear energy, aerospace, and other industries;
4. Low flow rate and high precision: Typical exhaust volume ranges from several m³/h to 100 m³/h, suitable for precise gas supply scenarios such as laboratories, hydrogen refueling stations, and special processes.

Working Principle of Diaphragm Compressor :
